Work Advances on South Manzanilla Shoreline Stabilisation Project

One of its latest initiatives — the South Manzanilla Shoreline Stabilisation Project — is designed to protect the beach, preserve the natural environment, and secure vital transportation infrastructure from the growing impacts of coastal flooding.

Ministry Enhances Road Safety on Blanchisseuse Road

The Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, through its Programme for Upgrading Roads Efficiency (PURE) Unit, has been executing a series of upgrades along Blanchisseuse Road (Chainage 15+700 to 17+000) to improve safety and reliability for all road users. Earlier works included reinforcing the roadway with durable materials to extend its lifespan, reshaping, re-grading, and paving for smoother travel and better drainage, as well as clearing crossings to improve water flow and reduce the risk of flooding.

The Relocation of Vehicle Transfers
