Tint Exemption Application Forms
Under the new Windscreen and Window Tint Regulations, 2020 there are specific instances where exemptions are granted due to special conditions. These are Medical Exemptions and General Exemptions.
A person who wishes to apply for a tint exemption must complete and submit the Tint Exemption Application Form along with the necessary supporting documents alomg with a proof of address.
Tint Exemption Application Forms are to be placed in a sealed envelope addressed and delivered to the:
Transport Commissioner
TRANSPORT DIVISION
Southern Main Road, Caroni
Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
APPLICATION FOR TINT
Sealed envelopes must be deposited in the White Box labelled TINT APPLICATION, located at the Ground Floor Staff Entrance, Caroni Licensing Head Office, Southern Main Road, Caroni.
