Maxi Taxi Operator's Permit

THE PROCESS TO OBTAIN  A MAXI TAXI OPERATOR'S PERMIT IS AS FOLLOWS:

1. Complete the applicable form -Form 1b – which is required to operate a Maxi Taxi
2. Complete Affidavit provided on Form 1b and swear to declaration before a Commissioner of Affidavits or a Justice of the Peace 
3. Submit the Certificate of Character along with a Driver’s Permit, Taxi Badge and Form to the Maxi Taxi Section of the Licensing Division.
4. Pay the Application fee of $100.00  to the cashier
5. Make an appointment for the interview
6. If the interview is successful, the Maxi Taxi Operator’s Permit is issued
