Senior Citizens wanting to conduct renewals or any driver's licence transactions can make use of the Walk-In Service. 

NOTES 

Please note that the Licensing Division does not facilitate the relocation of the Driving Tests unless the matter is properly justified. This is done by sending a signed original request to the Transport Commissioner along with a copy of the provisional permit and a relevant contact number. 

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR A PROVISIONAL PERMIT 

The procedure for the issuance of a Provisional Permit is as follows:
The applicant shall be seventeen (17) years of age or older and shall produce the following:
  1. A completed Application Form No. 4
  2. An Electoral Identification Card and a computerised Birth Certificate or a valid passport to verify proof of name, address and date of birth (to verify age) 
  3. Two (2) passport-sized photographs with frontal view with green background
  4. An affidavit or Deed Poll if the name on the computerised Birth Certificate and the other documents differ.
  5. Valid proof of address
Provisional Permits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and the fee is $35.00 to renew an expired Provisional Permit.
