1. These Regulations may be cited as the Traffic Control (Experimental Scheme) (Tarouba Interchange) Regulations, 2022.
2. These Regulations shall commence on Monday 24th January, 2022 and have effect until Friday 22nd April, 2022.
3. A person driving a vehicle proceeding in an easterly direction along the Tarouba Link Road is not permitted to exit right from Tarouba Link Road to Michael Rahael Boulevard.
4. A person driving a vehicle proceeding in an easterly direction along Tarouba Link Road intending to access Michael Rahael Boulevard shall do so via the San Fernando By-Pass.
5.During the hours of 2.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, the eastbound shoulder of the Tarouba Link Road shall be used as a lane.
6. A person who contravenes these Regulations commits a traffic violation and is liable to a fine of seven hundred and fifty dollars for the first traffic violation and to a fine of one thousand dollars for every subsequent traffic violation.
