ON-GOING road rehabilitation works are being conducted by the Programme for Upgrading Road Efficiency (P.U.R.E) Unit along Lady Hailes Avenue and the Rienzi Kirton Highway in the vicinity of the Rienzi Kirton Highway Pedestrian Overpass.
