MOWT BIO DATA MESSAGE

The Ministry of Works and Transport (MOWT) is seeking your assistance to complete a  Bio Data Form in accordance with the MOWT’s Health and Safety Guidelines Policy for COVID-19.
 All members of staff are required to complete the Bio Data Form which will provide management with real time information that’s necessary for:

  • Accessibility during Covid-19 remote work procedures
  • Contact tracing in the event of a Covid Case
  • Updating employees bio data information on the Ministry’s database.

In this regards, all members of staff are kindly asked to use the aforementioned form or click here to access the MOWT Bio Data Form.
 
It should be noted that :
1.This form must be filled out by ALL categories of staff.
2. Employees can use any device (smart phone/ tablet/ PC etc.) from the comfort of their homes as the link (highlighted above) can be accessed through any browser.
