Investigation Of Oil Pollution Incidents


The Maritime Services Division (MSD) of the Ministry of Works and Transport is the government organisation responsible for administering the provisions of the Shipping Act and other Maritime National legislation.

As such, the MSD acts as the implementation, monitoring and compliance authority for the State's obligations in respect of maritime instruments (conventions, codes and guidelines) to which Trinidad and Tobago is Party, and to administer national shipping and boating laws.
