Masters and operators of all marine craft are hereby advised that Offshore Semi-Submersible
Drilling Rig, the Noble Discoverer will be entering Trinidad and Tobago territorial waters
transiting for one (1) day on the 30th October 2023 along Trinidad North Coast entering
Boca Grande then to Pt. Lisas using the following waypoints:
