The Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to advise the general public that there will be a temporary disruption of traffic and brief periods of traffic stoppage along the Naparima Mayaro Road, 26.0 km New Grant. This is necessary in order to facilitate Landslip Repairs.
The works will be conducted from Wednesday 01st December 2021 to Tuesday 14th December 2021 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Motorists are advised to:
- Proceed with extreme caution and observe all directional signs and barriers.
- Follow instructions from Police Officers on-site to facilitate a safe and orderly flow of traffic
- Be aware of heavy equipment entering and exiting the work zone.
