The Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to advise the public that there will be a temporary road closure along the Arima Blanchisseuse Road at the 1.7km mark (heading North at the junction of the Arima By-pass Road and Prince Street) from Saturday 05th February at 4:00pm to Sunday 6th February at 6:00am. This has become necessary to facilitate the construction of a culvert crossing and necessary road reinstatement. As such, the public is advised to be aware of the following:
- No through traffic will be facilitated during these hours of work.
- Heavy equipment will be entering and exiting the site.
- Kindly follow all instructions from Police Officers on site to facilitate an orderly and safe flow of traffic on approach to the site during the hours of work.
The Ministry of Works and Transport regrets any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for its cooperation.
