About the Maintenance Division
The Maintenance Division was established in 1977, drawn from the then Construction Division and Management Group. The Maintenance Division provides the following diverse range of services:
- Masonry
- Painting/Finishing
- Electrical
- Refrigeration/Air Conditioning
- Carpentry /Woodworking
- Plumbing
- Drainage
- Landscaping
Mission
To provide maintenance services to government buildings and facilities towards achieving a comfortable, safe, healthy, and functional work environment in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
