Alternate/By-Pass Route Information

 ALTERNATE/BY-PASS DISTRICT ROUTES

In an effort to reduce traffic congestion on our nation's roads, the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure (MOWI), through its Highways Division's Traffic Management Branch (TMB), hereby provides a list of bypass routes through several districts of the country. It is hoped that this information will lead to greater traffic flow distribution where some motorists will be able to avoid some of the major highways and so result in easier and shorter commutes to the various destinations.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an initial list of by-pass routes and we will be adding to this list as best we can. Other than providing new roads, this, too, is a means whereby we are seeking to provide traffic congestion relief to as wide a cross-section of the traveling public as possible. We also welcome any suggestions for alternate/by-pass routes from the public.
