Closure of Princes Town Licensing Office

The Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to advise the general public that due to a power outage by the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC), the Princes Town Licensing Office is closed as of 9:30 a.m. - Wednesday 19th October 2022.

Achievement of Key Milestone La Brea Interchange Bridge (Solomon Hochoy Highway Extension to Point Fortin Project)

On Thursday 13th October 2022, Senator the Honourable Rohan Sinanan, Minister of Works and Transport accompanied by a technical team from the Ministry of Works and Transport witnessed a key milestone with the completion of Package 3A of the La Brea Interchange Bridge. A major concrete pour for the Interchange bridge deck commenced at 7:00 pm and was completed at 8:00 am on Friday 14th October 2022. An estimated 220M³ of concrete was installed, representing another significant achievement in the completion of the Solomon Hochoy Highway Extension to Point Fortin (SHHEPF) Project.

Partial Opening of the Priority Bus Route - Mt. Hope to Arima

Further Extension of the Validity of Certain Documents issued by the Licensing Division
